In your booking confirmation you will find detailed directions to the ACE Meet and Greet area for your chosen Terminal.
Transfers
Luxury Meet and Greet Gatwick parking means there's no need to take any transfers - at both Terminals after you've handed over your keys so your ACE driver can manage the parking, you'll be just a short walk from check-in.
On arrival at ACE Meet and Greet Gatwick
If you're flying from the North Terminal, drive over to the Sofitel car park, collecting your ticket at the barrier. Follow the signs for the meet and greet operators.
To depart from the South Terminal, head to the Short Stay car park, where you'll need to take your ticket driving to Level 1 of the Orange Car Park. Park in rows D or E before going to the Approved Operators area where you'll meet the ACE Meet and Greet parking team.
The ACE driver will check your car for damage and take a photo of it and you'll need to provide them with your keys, booking confirmation and return flight information.
Next, you'll be able to take the 2-5 minute stroll to Departures.
On return
After you've landed and collected your bags, give the car park a call. They will tell you where to meet your driver. You'll just need to sign some paperwork before they hand over your keys so you're all set to take off.
